Opening hours
When is the campsite open?
The campsite welcomes you from Saturday April 6, 2024 until Saturday September 28, 2024.
What are the gate opening times?
For everyone’s peace of mind, the gate is open from 8am to 11pm. You can of course return later. Parking is available at the campsite entrance.
What are the reception hours?
In low season, reception is open from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
In July and August, 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
Please let us know if you arrive after reception has closed. We’ll be waiting for you to arrive by 9:00 pm at the latest.
What are the pool opening times?
The aquatic area is open from May 1 to September 15, from 10:00 am to 7:30 pm.
reservation terms and conditions
What payment methods are accepted? What about reservations?
You can pay your deposit and the balance of your stay by credit card, bank cheque, bank transfer, vacation vouchers, connect vacation vouchers or cash.
When do we have to pay the balance of our stay?
For rentals, the balance of your stay must be paid at least one month before your arrival. This information is specified on your reservation contract.
For pitches, you can pay the balance the day before your departure.

Is there wifi on the campsite?
Yes, you have access to WIFI from your pitch.
Do you accept pets?
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. Only dogs are allowed on our pitches. The fee is €5/day.
You will need to show us your up-to-date vaccination record. Your dog must be kept on a leash, must not be left alone on the site and must be taken out regularly to relieve itself.
Can we have friends over?
Visitors must report to reception on arrival. They are your responsibility. They are not allowed in the pool.
Can we have a barbecue?
Charcoal barbecues are strictly forbidden. We offer gas or electric boards for hire. Prices are displayed at reception. You can also bring your own electric griddle (under 2000 Watts).

What time are the pitches available?
Pitches are available from 3:00 p.m. and departures until 12:00 p.m.
Is it possible to fit several vehicles on one space?
Only one vehicle is allowed on each pitch.
What type of socket do I need for the electrical connections?
These are European 10A sockets. We can lend you an adapter if you need one.
Rental properties
What time can we arrive at our rental?
Your rental will be available from 4.00 pm. It must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Only one vehicle is allowed.
Are the rentals equipped with household linen?
Rentals are equipped with comforters or fleece blankets, pillows and undersheets.
You must bring your own sheets and towels.
Disposable bed linen kits are on sale at the campsite reception.
When do we get our deposits back?
Deposits will be returned to you within eight days, or destroyed at your discretion. A cleaning agent will check your rental property after your departure to make sure there is no damage.
Cancellation insurance
Is cancellation insurance compulsory?
No, cancellation insurance is not compulsory, but it is highly recommended. In the event of cancellation or interruption of your stay, the campsite will not make any refunds. You can consult the general conditions of our insurance at www.campez-couverts.com
What is the procedure in the event of cancellation?
If you have subscribed to the cancellation insurance offered by the campsite (camping covered), you must first notify the campsite of your problem, and of your withdrawal. You can then report your claim within 5 working days. You can do so on the dedicated website: www.campez-couvert.com/declaration/ or by e-mail: sinistres@campez-couvert.com.
